My Story

With over 30 years of experience and training in clinical psychology
Specialized Training in trauma
EMDR certified and consultant, have helped dozens of people on the path to their own certification and mastery of EMDR
IFS Level 2 trained therapist with 9 years of experience and advanced training
Somatic IFS certified
SIFS and EMDR training assistant
With over 30 years of spiritual practice and training as a priestess in the pagan, Earth-based and animist Reclaiming tradition.
Inspired by the commitments of my Jewish and Celtic Catholic ancestors who maintained their spiritual practices and relationships with the Divine despite persecution
I have revived their ancient Earth-based reverence into my own life, as a practicing animist for the last 32 years.
And I have journeyed into my own ancestral lineage healing
Having lived through profundity of grief and loss
Having assisted people who are dying or themselves suffering deep losses
Having assisted many people whose childhoods were less than ideal, where parts of them remained in a state of pain and yearning for more.
